EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Cladding is an economical lightweight cellular plastic material in a much higher density than usual packaging. EPS is manufactured to required Australian Standards.

EPS 75MM , is on average 3 times more thermally efficient than that of a standard Brick Veneer, will not rot and has no nutritional value to rodents, ants and termites. EPS also contains fire retardant additives. The product will burn when in direct contact with a naked flame but will self extinguish almost immediately after flame source is removed.
STANDARD THICKNESS – 40, 50, 75, 100MM by 1200mm High X 2400 or 5000mm Long. Other sizes available on application.
STUD SPACINGS – Between 450 –600 mm centres.
FASTNERS – Washer and Screws approx. 7 per 1200mm x 2400mm sheets.
SURFACES APPLICATION:
Bed external angles and reveal beads with Quikpatch and cover entire surface with sticky or non sticky alkaline resistant mesh. Apply Quikpatch to entire surface, finish with decorative top coat.
